You can return the product under certain conditions

Return policy : The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.

1️⃣ Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice included.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation are not eligible for return.

2️⃣ Restocking Charge

  • A 200 BDT restocking charge must be paid by the customer for approved returns.
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

3️⃣ Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refund processing time is 7 to 14 working days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

4️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products.
  • Special order or customized items.
  • Clearance or discounted products (if applicable).

5️⃣ Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer unless the product was delivered incorrectly or defective.
